RULES FOR VISITING PARTIES

1)  On Sundays, visiting parties may play 9 holes in the morning and 18 holes in the afternoon. On other days there is no such restriction. 

2)  Green fees must be paid to the professional before commencement of play.

3)  Play to commence from the first tee only and allotted starting times must be strictly adhered to.

4) Handicap certificates may be required and players may be refused permission to play if such a certificate cannot be shown to the professional.

5)  The rules of etiquette must be observed at all times.

6)  Only wide wheeled trolleys are allowed.

7)  A reasonable standard of dress on the course is expected and under no circumstances are denim jeans allowed on the course or in the clubhouse.

8)  Golfers who have not changed since leaving the course may use the 19th bar only. (no golf shoes).

9)  Smart casual dress (but not golf attire) is allowed in the Bar Lounge and Dining Room.

10) All accounts for drinks and meals must be settled on the day of the visit.

11) Any party falling short of the final confirmed number may be charged the full amount.

Willow Valley Golf Club

Willow Valley offer a range of  packages designed to suit all golfers, and each package can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. They can provide a full English breakfast on arrival, arrange Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin competitions, and help organise your prize presentation in the evening. Each package includes a driving range token per person.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required on booking to enable us to reserve the tee.
