The Huddersfield shop on Leeds Road, near the Galpharm football stadium, has recently been extended by over 50%. This means that Direct Golf can now stock even more golf equipment at very low prices. The new extension also incorporates a new custom fitting area, ladies section and demo facility.
Direct Golf UK was Founded by PGA Professional, John Andrew, in 1992. The company has enjoyed huge growth during its 17 successful years of trading. Starting out with just one small store in Huddersfield a philosophy of under-cutting the manufacturers recommended retail prices, by up to as much as 70%, has proved extremely popular with the golfing public and Direct Golf has quickly gained the reputation for having the best prices in the UK, backed up with a super-fast delivery and world class customer service.
Direct Golf has quickly grown into one of the biggest specialist golf retailers in the United Kingdom and throughout Europe. The company now employs over 180 people and is still run by its founder and Chairman Mr. Andrew. The experienced management team is also made up of PGA professionals and people who have a proven track record and are fanatical and care about golf.
