"Hilly course can be difficult depending on the conditions of the day if it is raining and windy the course is hard and if the course is hard the ball often runs to the right into rough or even worse out of bounds but this course is very enjoyable to play."

"Played this course over the winter (February) and was pleasantly impressed with the course. The greens were reasonable for the time pf year and fairways very good.
You get some great views and it was a really clear day when I played so could see for miles. I didn't like the first or last holes but though in between was good, especially the par 3 over the water on the back nine."

"Exceptional,
panoramic views surround this course set high on the pennine moors.
Some of the holes are crafted delightfully into the landscape and
the greens run true.
Having played
much golf around the Oldham area I can safely say that this is the
best and is good value for money."
